I would like to save the world. If only that were possible. As the next best thing, I chose to be an academic. That at least allows me to study the world and perhaps this will lead to new insights and ideas on how to improve things. Things in the broad sense of the word; I consider myself a greenie, a feminist and a socialist, so I have my work cut out for me, given the current state of affairs in this world.

This website is dedicated to my academic work, including some incidental musings about the current state of affairs in the world. Given my academic interests, said musings can always be linked back to my academic work, be it current or previous.
